Deposits

Low & Mid Seasons: $200 deposit with balance payable at check-in.
High Season: $500 deposit with balance payable 14 days before check-in.

Maximum Allowed Occupancy

 1 bedroom apartment = 3 persons
2 bedroom apartment = 5 persons
Bedding for the extra person will be a sofa bed or roll-away.  An extra person charge of $30 per night will apply in Low and Mid seasons and $50.00 in High Season

Minimum Stay Requirements

3 night minimum stays in low seasons with 5 night minimum stays in mid and high season.
Long stay rates are available for stays greater than 14 nights. Rates on request.

Security Bond
For apartment security, miscellaneous charges and key security a pre-auth of your credit card for $200 is required.  Where a credit card is not available a $200 cash deposit will be required, this is refunded on check out.  For all bookings during 17/11/07 – 2/12/07 and special events as advised by the resort a security bond of $1000 is required.

NOTE: SCHOOL LEAVERS
We reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or University leavers for the annual end of year "Schoolies" festivities. We do not have policies, procedures or resources to meet the unique needs of this event.
